Regrettably, due to the unique nature of our business, particularly in the realm of blood-borne pathogen protection and other specific circumstances, we are unable to facilitate any returns. We strongly advise reviewing the contents of your cart thoroughly before finalizing your purchase to ensure that the items ordered precisely align with your requirements.

Additionally, please note that gift cards are considered non-returnable items.


There are, however, certain situations in which returns are accepted, such as instances where items are delivered faulty or damaged. For a return to be considered, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

Kindly refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer. To initiate the return process, please contact us at for a returns confirmation/code.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming the successful reception of your return. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items (refer to exceptions). Please note that items should only be returned if a prior exchange agreement has been confirmed in writing.

If you are purchasing one of the PMU services:

Please be aware your deposit of £20 is not refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

  • Deposit will be required from all new customers. As well from those who didn’t attend, missed or just left appointment without a notice. Charge will be applied of £10 on top of the next appointment.
  • Please make sure you will arrive on time to your appointment, otherwise if you are late more than 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will not be returned.
  • You are more than welcome to change your booking, but only 48 hours before your original appointment.


The responsibility for covering the shipping expenses associated with the return of your item lies with you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the incurred return shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For added security, it is advisable to opt for a trackable shipping service or acquire shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without these precautionary measures.
